★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido y el restaurante no respeto los vegetales que especifique (lo trajeron con pepinillo, cebolla y aceitunas y varias cosas que no había seleccionado) después de rehusaron de forma muy agresiva a darme un reembolso o siquiera corregir mi orden. El sub sabia horrible. Evitar a toda costa.
 I placed an order and the restaurant did not respect the vegetables that I specify (they brought it with pickle, onion and olives and various things that I had not selected) after they very aggressively refused to give me a refund or even correct my order. The sub tasted awful. Avoid at all costs.

El servicio al cliente no existe en el lugar, mala presentación de los que trabajan ahí cómo se los alimentos, el persona no sabe, pedí el sub del día que era pechuga mexicana, no le pusieron ni salsa de tomate ni guacamole a pesar de que les dije que faltaban ingredientes.
Pésimo, si vienen a Oasis Coyoacán mejor coman en otro lado.
Terrible service.
The customer service does not exist in the place, poor presentation of those who work there how the food is, the person does not know, I asked for the sub of the day which was Mexican breast, they did not put tomato sauce or guacamole even though I told them ingredients were missing.
Terrible, if you come to Oasis Coyoacán, you'd better eat somewhere else.

Solo te dicen si quieres añadir uno u otro ingrediente y EN NINGUN momento te mencionan que muchos ingredientes tienen costo extra (de precio eran 200 y nos iban a cobrar 450 pesos por los ingredientes extras) y uno no se puede enterar de eso por que el menu en la pantalla cambia a cada rato... Me parece un abuso.
Aqui mismo otra persona vió que nos sucedió eso y nos comento que le hicieron la misma jugada.
