★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos los sub para llevar y ni una bolsa nos pudieron dar, nos los dieron envueltos solo en papel llegaron todos escurridos, el lugar no tiene aire acondicionado, tardan demasiado en atender y esta completamente saturado.
 We asked for the subs to take away and they couldn't give us a single bag, they gave us them wrapped only in paper, they all arrived drained, the place doesn't have air conditioning, they take too long to attend and it's completely saturated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal ojalá se den cuenta los dueños de la franquicia tienen los vegetales en mal estado sobre todo el jitomate aguado y apachurrado, compre 4 subs en combo me los dieron en la mano con 4 refrescos y 4 galletas que no tenían bolsas, un empleado joven alto muy amable me comentó que solo ese jitomate tenían que lo disculpara, pero otra empleada chaparrita .muy grosera con otra cliente le dijo solo ese hay si quiere,a parte no le explicó de una promoción y la cliente termino por no comprar aún ya preparado por qué no le respetaron la promoción confusa, pidió hablar con la gerente está no resolvió nada y aparte cuando la cliente se retiró se burlaron de ella y dijo pues esto es merma y pues es para nosotros.
The worst branch hopefully the owners of the franchise realize their vegetables are in poor condition, especially the watered down and crushed tomato, I bought 4 subs in combo they gave them to me with 4 sodas and 4 cookies that had no bags, an employee A very nice tall young man told me that only that tomato had to excuse him, but another short employee, very rude to another client, told him only that one if he wants, besides he did not explain a promotion and the client ended up not buying yet. Prepared why the confusing promotion was not respected, he asked to speak to the manager, she did not solve anything and apart from that when the client left they made fun of her and said well this is a waste and it is for us.

Seguido no tienen tomate para los subs (me ha pasado en 3 ocasiones), a los chicos les falta entrenamiento, y el horno no siempre está funcionando para pedir subs tostados.
Before it was a good place, currently it has several deficiencies.
They often don't have tomato for the subs (has happened to me 3 times), the guys lack training, and the oven isn't always working to order toasted subs.
