El restaurante es bueno pero el personal que atiende este local es pésimo se la pasan platicando o en el celular en lugar de atender a la gente muy mal servicio

Pésima atención de la empleada, muy pésima y poco profesional. No es la primera vez que vengo a este Subway en Av Universidafes en Juriquilla y no tienen jalapeños, no tienen suficiente pan, sólo me ofrecieron de dos variedades que no son de mi gusto y una vez no tuvieron lechuga. Que pésimo servicio en este restaurante. Queda fuera de mi lista de lugares a visitar para un buen comer. Mal !

Los encargados siempre están distraídos mostrando poco respeto a los clientes, todas las veces que he ido algo les falta: ya no tienen pan, el horno para tostar no sirve, el refrigerador de los refrescos no enfría, se les terminan los ingredientes, etc. Y esto ocurre justo a la hora de la comida, entre 2 y 4 pm. Muy mal servicio.

Entré para comer uno de sus famosos subs, ya que en la puerta anunciaban algunas ofertas. Pará empezar los empleados deducen que ya todos los que entran son expertos en el protocolo para ordenar, cosa que deben evitar y si ven que el cliente está haciendo preguntas sobre los paquetes e ingredientes, no se vale que te vean como bicho raro y solamente te señalen que el menú está a la vista. Lo más correcto es, si notas que el cliente está indeciso, pues uno como empleado, atenderlo y darle opciones y explicarle cómo puede pedir que le preparen su sub, se supone que los empleados deben estar preparados para ofrecer alternativas y conocen a la perfección los productos que venden. Se nota claramente que no les gusta que les preguntes nada y que tampoco pidas ingredientes extras, de inmediato te contestan con el clásico "así es más caro" como si no trajeras para pagar, ahí se ve que juzgan a las personas por su apariencia. El hecho de que se encuentre en una zona de alta plusvalía, no quiere decir que todos vamos a vestir con ropa elegante o cara. Después de familiarizarme un poco con la mecánica para ordenar y los ingredientes, hice mi pedido y pague el excedente que costaba. Pedí un sub de "costilla BBQ" Mi sorpresa al comerlo fue muy desagradable. La supuesta costilla, no era tal!! Era una preparación de una pasta que parecía carne, de qué, no pude descifrarlo, pero costilla ni de res ni de cerdo era. Tenía un sabor como de carne molida y tocino, algo ahumado y la consistencia era rara, era una pieza formada de carne más no un trozo de costilla. El sabor para nada fue de carne al 100% Comi lo que pude, di las gracias y salí, muy decepcionada de la atención de los chicos, a los cuales se nota, no les interesa para nada una buena atención al cliente. Tenían al lugar algo descuidado y en cuanto se va un cliente, tardan demasiado en limpiar y desinfectar las mesas. En fin, mi consumo fue de casi 160 pesos, el sub, un refresco y una bolsa de papas fritas. Para nada delicioso y satisfactoria la visita, debut y despedida.

Every single time I go something is wrong today they said the bread had just come out of the toaster and that I would have to wait for 20 minutes before they could start and then after I waited they said the toaster oven didn't work and that they could only heat it up in the microwave

Sometimes you go there and they don't have lettuce, or the toaster doesn't work, or you have to wait 25 minutes for bread to bake. But the staff is always nice and they are patient with me and my so called Spanish.
