Subway - 77760 Tulum

Pretty great if you're craving something from the US. The offerings were mostly the same, but they didn't have a cold cut trio that my girlfriend likes. My sweet onion chicken teriyaki was almost perfect, but they didn't have any spinach, which was okay. Prices were okay, 104pesos for the footlong.

I would give them a zero star if I could. I ordered the barbq sandwich grande. I took one bite and it was unbelievably AWFUL. Since I was eating. In their restaurant I took it right back and told them how bad it was. They wouldn’t give me ANY money back nor just put some other meat in it. Their reason “the meat was only two days old. STAY AWAY.

Terrible employee called Yazbeth. Extremely rude and did not want to serve me at 9:40 because they closed at 10:00. The door was still open and they still had everything ready. I would definitely fire her she knows nothing about customer service. She worked Jan 3. La empleada Yabeth es terrible. No quiso servirme y mentio sobre su nombre. The lady who served me didn’t want even acknowledge me, slapped the sandwich together carelessly and clearly either hated her job or me for no reason ?, I live here but won’t return to this subway. The lettuce is brown and swimming in water which wasn’t great also. I honor her employer reads this to know. The gentleman working there was very friendly and inviting.

Completely dissatisfied with the service. The workers were absolutely rude to me as well as other customers. I felt as though I was bothering them by coming in as a willing customer. My order was not fulfilled as requested. After asking for extra onion the staff member only added one strand and then Refused to add extra olives claiming a policy of 3 olives per sandwich. I offered to pay extra money and she sarcastically said I would have to pay 1 million pesos just to ensure I did not get any extra items. I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary. This Subway was in a great location. More than five parking spots and really easy to park. The staff was very helpful and fast. We ate there and was clean and spacious.
