★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente elegimos comprar un “Sub” en esta sucursal ya que somos fan de ellos mi pareja y yo. Para empezar una pésima atención de dos señoritas que atienden, llegamos a las 19hrs. Y nos comentaron que solo para llevar por qué cerraban a las 20hrs cuando su letrero de atención e incluso en esta página dice que a las 22hrs. Nos atendió una chica delgada quien nos despachó con mal genio, aparte no tienen cuidado en lo vegetales ya que se veían marchitos la lechuga y el pepino. Argumentamos que en una hora era tiempo de sobra para comer rápido e irnos. Nos cobró una chica más robusta de estatura media la cual nos cobró de ma la gana, para colmo solo aceptan efectivo. Pésimo servicio.
Es increíble que un producto y cadena de buena calidad pongan como cara al cliente este tipo de personas que lo único que generan es darle mala imagen a la marca. ¿Donde está el gerente o alguien que asegure el servicio y la calidad del producto en este tipo de malos puntos de venta?

Unfortunately we chose to buy a "Sub" in this branch since my partner and I are fans of them. To begin with a terrible attention from two young ladies who attend, we arrived at 7:00 p.m. And they told us that just to take away why they closed at 8pm when their attention sign and even on this page says that at 10pm. We were attended by a thin girl who dismissed us with a bad temper, apart from that they are not careful about vegetables since the lettuce and cucumber were withered. We argued that in an hour there was plenty of time to eat quickly and leave. We were charged by a more robust girl of average height who charged us willingly, to top it off they only accept cash. Terrible service.
It is incredible that a good quality product and chain put this type of person as a face to the customer who all they generate is to give the brand a bad image. Where is the manager or someone to ensure the service and quality of the product in these types of bad points of sale?
