★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio! Los empleados siempre están de malas y son super groceros sin importar el día o la hora, en pocas palabras hay que rogarles para obtener servicio. Aparte, nunca tienen los ingredientes que ofrecen. Si esto fuera poco, se supone que cierran a las 9 PM y el día de hoy a las 6:50 PM me dicen que ya no hay servicio, cuando les pregunto su horario, me dicen que cierran a las 7:00 PM pero en el mostrador aparece a las 8:00 PM, es decir, hacen lo que quieren y hacen quedar mal a la cadena cuando en otras sucursales he tenido un excelente servicio.
Very bad service! The employees are always in bad shape and they are super rude regardless of the day or the hour, in a nutshell you have to beg them for service. Besides, they never have the ingredients that they offer. If this were not enough, they are supposed to close at 9 PM and today at 6:50 PM they tell me that there is no longer service, when I ask them their schedule, they tell me that they close at 7:00 PM but in the counter appears at 8:00 PM, that is, they do what they want and make the chain look bad when in other branches I have had excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar cuenta con amplia variedad de alimentos, fui aprox. 2 de la tarde, en día miercoles y muy tranquilo, había lugares para elegir y sentarse cómodamente, asi como los establecimientos de los alrededores, en realidad había poca gente. Excelente lugar para comer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen servicio, nunca hay nadie en el mostrador tienes que gritar para que alguien salga y después de hacerte esperar su excusa para no trabajar es -no tenemos pan, en una hora está disponible-, te esperas esa hora y nunca sacan el pan, te hacen esperar en vano, siempre es lo mismo, todos los fines o entre semana que vengo a la plaza no puedo comprar un subway. Deberían de cambiar a los “empleados” por personas que si quieren trabajar. No tienen pan…. Que excusa tan tonta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay muchos que los juzgan, yo fui al tener duda de por qué habían buenos y malos comentarios, hay una persona que dice que es ilógico que se queden sin pan, pero que creen, que si suele pasar más por qué según sus políticas, no pueden tener pan de un día antes y según entendí, tardan para sacar el pan, entre una hora y hora y media, yo me espere y cuando me volví a acercar, las personas que atienden muy lindos y rápidos, la verdad me gusto hasta la forma de atender, y la preparación, excelente servicio, y mejor que otros locales de por ahí.
