★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque es un lugar chico es agradable, no te lo recomiendo si quieres ir a platicar un rato mientras comes tu Sub, tienen la música súper alta incluso para ellos (los chicos que preparan y te cobran) deben hablar y les debes hablar muy fuerte para que te escuchen y puedas escucharlos... de ahí en fuera está bien. Son rápidos y los sub's deliciosos.
 Although it is a small place it is nice, I do not recommend it if you want to go and talk for a while while you eat your Sub, they have super loud music even for them (the boys who prepare and charge you) must speak and you must speak very loudly to them. that they listen to you and you can listen to them ... from there on out is fine. They are fast and the sub's delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal del centro, la que está justo atrás del teatro Reforma, es la única que atiende bien desde que llegas, haces tu pedido y pagas, siempre con una sonrisa.
De igual forma los sub los sirven calientes, al contrario de la sucursal de Brisas donde parece que vas a pedir regalado y lo peor te sirven fríos los sub.
The downtown branch, the one just behind the Reforma theater, is the only one that provides good service from the moment you arrive, place your order and pay, always with a smile.
In the same way, the subs are served hot, unlike the Brisas branch where it seems that you are going to ask for a gift and the worst thing is that the subs are served cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, pedí por didi y pagué 26 pesos mas por las 2 ordenes de papas y me enviaron -Sabritas-. Pedí tostado el pan y llego frio (si, refrigerado) los ingredientes eran una grosería, pedí rembolso unicamente por las papas y la tienda rechazó mi solicitud apesar que les puse todas las evidencias. NO COMPREN EN ESTA TIENDA!!!!!!!
Terrible service, I asked for didi and paid 26 pesos more for the 2 orders of potatoes and they sent me -Sabritas-. I ordered the bread toasted and it arrived cold (yes, refrigerated) the ingredients were rude, I only asked for a refund for the potatoes and the store rejected my request even though I gave them all the evidence. DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE!!!!!!!

Sunday 04/24/22 I went for some subs. 1. They didn't have the bread I ordered, 2. Their oven didn't work so they used the microwave. 3 They did not have ingredients that I asked for. ?
