★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que voy esperando que cambiara mi opinión de la primera vista, y segui decepcionada. Los vegetales horriblemente pasado, no estan tam frescos como deberían estar. El horno solo calienta el Sub cuando deben ser TOSTADOS. Necesita mejorar muchisimo!
 It's the second time I've been hoping that my opinion would change from the first sight, and I'm still disappointed. The horribly stale vegetables are not as fresh as they should be. The oven only heats the Sub when they need to be TOASTED. It needs to improve a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a la sucursal a las 8:05pm y resulta que ya habían cerrado cuando su horario establecido es hasta las 9:00pm se me hizo algo muy malo y de pésima calidad como servicio al cliente, ya en pasadas ocasiones había asistido durante el día y la sucursal está sucia y los trabajadores de ahí te ponen una carota que parece que les estás pidiendo regalado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varios tipos de sub estaban agotados....entre ellos el de alitas....que paso ahí? Y había dos chicas en la sucursal pero solo una atendiendo y éramos varios los clientes...no pudo haber apoyado la otra chica? Hizo los tiempos de espera eternos....mucho por mejorar!
