Haven't stayed in the hotel but the rooftop bar is a great place to end the day with a nice cocktail and great view.

Well designed place with a wonderful view of the city. Pleaceful environment to have a cup of coffee, work or spend time with friends while drinking cocktails.

I just went to the cocktail bar on the terrace - it's called Ginger Bar... I have no idea why they don't have a separate Google Maps listing - anyway this place is the business - incredible cocktails - not the usual generic stuff - these guys are mixologists - spectacular views over the rooftops - patio heaters - blankets if you need them - super nice staff - Daniel and Fernanda - highly recommended ?

What a wonderful hotel; be ready to step into a contemporary and modern hotel, which is 1 of the kind in San Cristobal, very comfortable.

Nice hotel with a good vibe, people and food. A beautiful rooftop terrace with the best cocktails for a very reasonable price.

Person at front desk gave us a tour of the place (the bar and restaurant) but said we were prohibited to take pictures unless we ate ?Well, a week later on a Sunday morning we came back to eat on the rooftop terrace and service was TERRIBLE. Many things were not available from the menu and more importantly no one came to check on us; took them forever to do anything. The workers seemed like teens who had no idea what they were doing. For a place that prohibits you from taking pictures, I would have expected better service. Laughable and ridiculous to be that pretentious when you can’t do the basics. Please do a reality check and stop pretending you’re upscale. You’re a tiny boutique hotel no one has heard of in San Cristóbal; you’re not the Ritz Carlton in New York. ? If you’re looking for a rooftop bar and restaurant, please go to Kinoki on corner of Benito Juárez and real de Guadalupe. They have more food options and the servers there won’t forget about you if you’re on the rooftop.

Well, it’s complicated. On one hand the place it very chic, only 8 rooms. Rooftop bar with cool drinks, coffee experience with the lovely Fernnda, l'occitane products in the room and emphasis on sustainability. On the other hand, no ac in the rooms, loud noise from the bar till midnight. They also set us with not the best guide tour.
