★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiedo manejar ningún servicio con Afirme el año pasado me agregaron un servicio que no solicite y afectaron mi crédito tuve que depositar mas dinero para que no me afectarán en buro de crédito y los tuve que perseguir por 2 meses y medio para que me devolvieran el dinero y este año de nuevo me están afectando pague por adelantado mi anualidad del seguro y de nuevo me la están cobrando doble y la integraron al crédito del auto a pesar de que ya en envié mi comprobante de la transferencia electrónica a tiempo me dicen que si no liquido esa deuda que no es mía que me va a generar consecuencias y el centro de atención a clientes no resuelve nada. Espero que les ayude este comentario a futuros clientes para que estén prevenidos de él trato que Afirme le da a sus clientes que pagan a tiempo
I do not recommend managing any service with Affirme, last year they added a service that I did not request and they affected my credit I had to deposit more money so that they would not affect my credit bureau and I had to pursue them for 2 and a half months to get my credit back. money and this year they are affecting me again I paid in advance my insurance annuity and again they are charging me double and they integrated it to the car credit even though I already sent my electronic transfer receipt on time they tell me yes I do not settle that debt that is not mine that is going to generate consequences for me and the customer service center does not solve anything.
