Llegamos a las 18:15 y estamos saliendo 19:30
Llegaron 3 clientes después de nosotros y a ellos les entregaron sus productos y se fueron y nosotros seguimos esperando.
Adicional a esto, no respetan los precios que te ofrecen y me recalcaron que tienen clientes que compran millones como haciendo diferencia.
Pensaba comprar más cosas para mi casa, pero después de estas experiencias, no les vuelvo a comprar nada.
La señorita que nos atendió se llama Isabel Guadarrama Martínez.
Very bad service, I do not recommend buying there they take hours to attend and reluctantly.
We arrived at 18:15 and we are leaving 19:30
3 customers arrived after us and they delivered their products and left and we are still waiting.
In addition to this, they do not respect the prices they offer and they stressed that they have customers who buy millions as making a difference.
I was thinking of buying more things for my house, but after these experiences, I don't buy them anything again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente servicio de venta, pesimo servicio pos venta, y el cancelar la compra te cueste el 20% del total por gastos administrativos, cuando venden producto que no tiene en la tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio..pagas y cuando esperas el material no se hacen responsables ni te devuelven el dinero si por algún motivo no cumplen sus fechas o llegan a carecer de stock.. A mi no me lo devolvieron y pretendian que estubiera 1 mes (mínimo) con la obra detenida
Bad service..pay and when you wait for the material they are not responsible or they return the money if for some reason they do not meet their dates or they come to lack stock .. They did not return it to me and they pretended that it was 1 month (minimum) with the work stopped
