Ése servicio del supertoken es malísimo. Terrible service. Yesterday I was more than 2 hr and they didn't solve anything. They go 5 times in less than 2 weeks and pure obstacles. That supertoken service is very bad.

Ninguna solución por su parte cuando la culpa es suya, simplemente me dijeron: 'repórtelo a su banco', les pedí hablar con un supervisor y la señorita de la entrada, que no debería estar atendiendo al público, me dijo que iba a reportarlo. Después de casi 1h esperando me vuelve a decir de muy malas formas 'ya se lo dije, lo estará viendo supongo'. Pitiful service, some useless. Their ATMs were not working properly and in an operation to withdraw cash the ATM kept my card when resetting it. F	Flavio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco es una porquería por que los cajeros son extremadamente lentos además de que una vez que pones tu nip cada y por cada cosa que cheques en estos cajeros hay que volver a poner la nip para poder proceder y de la atención al cliente es lo mismo les preguntas algo y no saben absolutamente nada el personal de este Banco, cuenta con estacionamiento y amenudo de los dos cajeros que hay sólo está funcionando uno y en cuanto a los servicios en línea de Santander móvil lo mismo nuevamente una porquería no se puede o al menos yo no puedo checar nada ni hacer ningún tipo de transacción y esto lo pueden checar ustedes mismos que hay muy malos comentarios sobre la aplicación de este banco donde la mayoría de la gente está insatisfecha.
