★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No resuelven lo de beneficiario por muerte del titular puras vueltas y q todavía se van a quedar con el dinero x q uno no sabe la contraseña del fallecido.... Eso no son ayudas son puras trabas y robo si ya hicimos todos los tramites solicitados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al parecer sólo hay UN ejecutivo que puede hacer ciertos trámites y claro atiende a los clientes preferenciales antes que los que tenemos una hora esperando.
Terrible service, apparently there is only ONE executive who can do certain procedures and of course serves preferential customers before those who have an hour waiting.
