★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiese calificar con cero número de estrellas lo haría, el servicio es pésimo, la atención y el trato al tarjetahabiente deja mucho que desear, siempre es lo mismo en la sucursal de Zamora Centro.
Pésima experiencia con Santander, afortunadamente pude cambiar mi portabilidad a mejores bancos.
If I could qualify with a zero number of stars, I would do it, the service is terrible, the attention and treatment of the cardholder leaves much to be desired, it is always the same at the Zamora Centro branch.
Bad experience with Santander, fortunately I was able to change my portability to better banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio tengo más de un mes con mi tarjeta de nómina vencida y en no me la han podido entrar pésimo servicio de las cajeras. Me llegó a otra ciudad la tarjeta ye tengo que trasladar y resulta que no me pueden atender que porque por la pandemia están cerrando a las 3:30, una cajera me dijo pues si no le parece el servicio cambies de banco, pésimo servicio. Solo porque tengo vinculada con varios servicios está tarjeta de lo contrario ya me hubiera cambiado.
Very bad service I have more than a month with my payroll card expired and I have not been able to get it in terrible service from the cashiers. The card arrived to another city and I have to transfer it and it turns out that they cannot attend to me because because of the pandemic they are closing at 3:30, a cashier told me that if the service does not seem like change bank, terrible service. Only because I have linked to several services this card otherwise I would have changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos inútiles, no tengo cuenta ahí ni tendré, fui a cobrar un cheque, su tiempo de espera en total fue de dos (2) horas para decirme que no me lo pueden pagar. El de la puerta hasta me pidió ver el cheque para ver si se podía cobrar esperar otra media hora para que el de caja me pida cheque e ine y aún así se tome su tiempo viendo el cheque para decir que no se puede. Nivel exagerado de incompetencia y/o estupidez. Los que han puesto 5⭐️ apuesto son los mismos empleados más de 10 personas vi salir sin solucionar y quejarse.
They are useless, I do not have an account there nor will I have one, I went to cash a check, their total waiting time was two (2) hours to tell me that they cannot pay me. The one at the door even asked me to see the check to see if he could collect it, wait another half hour for the cashier to ask me for a check and ine and still take his time looking at the check to say that it can't be done. Exaggerated level of incompetence and/or stupidity. Those who have put 5⭐️ I bet are the same employees more than 10 people I saw leave without fixing and complaining.
