★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio de línea de cajas y casi nunca sirve el cajero para depositar. Para mi debería haber mínimo 2 cajeros para depositar y los de retiro que tengan dinero todos. De que sirve que tengan varios si generalmente solo sirve uno y rara vez 2

Los ejecutivos son lentos y escuché hacer las cosas adrede, es decir no atender a los clientes solo por placer y/o hacerlos esperar.
This branch was changed to Madero in front of the torches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de mi vida tratando de pedir una tarjeta de nómina. La mujer que me atendió ni siquiera se quiso identificar y se portó grosera todo el tiempo. A fuerzas querían que ligara mi cuenta de otro banco al suyo. Al final me dieron el plástico de muy mala gana y casi me corrieron. Su gerente ahí igual de grosera y prepotente no quiso ni supo hacer nada, bien inútil. En cualquier mercado dan mejor servicio que en esa basura de sucursal.
Worst experience of my life trying to request a payroll card. The woman who attended me did not even want to identify herself and was rude all the time. They wanted me to link my account from another bank to theirs. In the end they gave me the plastic very reluctantly and almost fired me. His manager there, just as rude and arrogant, did not want or know how to do anything, very useless. In any market they give better service than in that branch garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tienen formado casi una hora en el sol. Cuando por fin te pasan te tienen otra hora esperando dentro y no respetan los turnos, atienden primero a personas que llegan después de uno. Los ejecutivos lo único que te dicen, y de mala gana, es que "sigas esperando" y que "ahorita le llaman".
They have you trained for almost an hour in the sun. When they finally pass you, they have you waiting for another hour inside and they don't respect shifts, they attend first to people who arrive after one. The only thing the executives tell you, and reluctantly, is to "keep waiting" and that "they will call you right now."
