No hay alguien que te reciba y disipe las dudas o te oriente. Mala experiencia en general. They do not respect the order of arrival, the absent and ineffective manager, lack of empathy on the part of their workers except those at the window. There is no one who welcomes you and dispels doubts or guides you. Bad overall experience.

Vuelves a marcar y te cuelgan la llamada. Terrible service, they leave you hanging on the line for 45 minutes they never answer to solve your problems go to the branch and it's the same. You dial again and they hang up the call.

El personal de la sucursal no se toma la molestia ni el tiempo para los clientes o usuarios para dar indicaciones ni dan información de cómo debemos usar las filas para ingresar al banco!! Es una burla dejar esperando a la gente x tanto tiempo y al último salgan conq no estabas formado en la fila correcta!! Y tú tiempo de espera q?? NO IMPORTA!! VUÉLVETE A FORMA O VUELVE OTRO DIA!! Nunca ofrecieron rastrear la tarjeta que fuí a tramitar ni siquiera lo intentaron solo dijeron llame ahí le resuelven. They never answered the phone, I had to go every day so that they would not solve anything for me, I called the customer service line and they gave me a series of options that their executives did not even try. They never offered to trace the card that I went to process, they didn't even try, they just said, call there, they'll solve it.
