I ordered a taxi on Friday 01/22/2021 at approximately 3:00 pm, the taxi arrived and was not waited because it was in the way, I notified the SudCab operator by radio and she did not notify me of this change, when I called her to tell her why not My taxi was arriving she told me that she assumed that since I did not call her if she had taken the service even though she knew the taxi had left, when I complained because she had not warned me she told me that I am not the only customer and that she has to attend to many others, which I considered not an adequate response to my disagreement because it was urgent for me to get to the bus terminal, I told them that I was going to report it and as a response today, Sunday 01.24.2021, they exposed my personal billing information in their username. WhatsApp arguing that it was by mistake, it is a real shame because it considered it a good service but one person ruins everyone else's work.
