I teach Classic Pilates in a fully equipped studio.
My job is to help you to experience something new within a familiar movement and exercise that are your Pilates routines.
With repetition, the changes in your body will more quickly reveal themselves to you in manners of strength, control, posture, and flow.
I have been teaching Pilates since my first certification in Pilates over 20 years ago.
I continue my studies, working with a variety of incredible teachers and modalities to make sure that you are getting results with our time together.
Some examples of my trainings are “The Work” with Jay Grimes and Sandy Shimoda, and “The Red Thread” with Kathi Ross-Nash.
I am excited by the effect of Pilates on my students. I welcome you to step on the Mat to experience for yourself this unique system of exercises.
