Le dije que era para mayo y me dice que no hay problema que acercándose la fecha lo pido. Llame el 12 de abril por teléfono y me confirman la información y en adición me dicen que puedo ir cualquier día y les toma 1hr hacer el pedido y prepararlo. De casualidad fui el día de hoy y toda la información que me dieron esta incompleta. Que hacer el diseño tarda 2 semanas y que lo mínimo es 3 kilos cuando me dijeron por escrito y por teléfono lo contrario. No tienen idea de lo que están a cargo. Es fácil decir “conmigo no hablaste”, “no soy la que atiende el Messenger”....puro blah blah así que tengan precaución.
I called them in March and they gave me an information ... 490MN a kilo and with the design I wanted. I told him it was for May and he tells me that there is no problem approaching the date I ask. Call on April 12 by phone and they confirm the information and in addition they tell me that I can go any day and it takes them 1hr to make the order and prepare it. By chance I went today and all the information they gave me is incomplete. What to do the design takes 2 weeks and that the minimum is 3 kilos when they told me in writing and on the phone otherwise. They have no idea what they are in charge of. It is easy to say "with me you did not speak", "I am not the one who answers Messenger" .... pure blah blah so be careful.
