Cozy place, clean, easy access and helpful staff. I suggest only improvement in the wifi signal.

Perfect hosting for me and my friends. It is very spacious, beats sun, has pool, is clean ... Great value for money. And all around has everything. You can do everything on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice older Villa ripe accomodation....we stayed in the upper Suit overlooking the pool..HUGE suite...HUGE private teraza...King size bed, TV, cable, kitchenette, large shower, plenty of hot water, live in Maid/receptionest ...helpfull, polite, atentive staff...Cheap......and I mean worth way more than we paid Cheap, well maintained grounds, tone of authentic Mexican Restaurants within 2 blocks, free live shows in the area ie: Parque Palapas, close to main bus station, just look it up in Google Maps.... Would totally stay again.

Too small toilet and washroom
Too weak wifi
No hot water for shower but a little bit for tap water.
Very noisy because construction.
Easy to access to downtown
But there are so many parking lot, you can easy to park anywhere in downtown if you rent a car.
Recommend to stay at better hotel if you have a car.
