Best place to stay in Cozumel, without a doubt! We’ve been in Cozumel for a couple of weeks - while here we also stayed at a small private hotel and an all-inclusive resort. But nothing compares to this small, clean, charming, comfortable, safe, designed, friendly place with an amazing ocean view. The roof top restaurant serves excellent food, healthy and fresh. One of the best restaurants in town, which is really convenient if one don’t feel like going out every night. I love the fresh ceviche and pork tacos. My boyfriend loves the burger. Sure, the club across the street is somewhat noisy. But it closes before midnight. For us the many benefits of this hotel and roof top restaurant outweighs occasional music. We believe this is the best place to stay for the price.

A good location just in front of the sea not too near from the city center (bikes to rent in the hotel to visit the island), a very caring staff, huge and comfortable rooms, an amazing restaurant on the rooftop, a shop and another lounge restaurant on the spot, taxis as well easy to get to the ferry terminal?

Why the hype ? Friendly staff and Great Roof-top restaurant indeed! But unfortunatly we got the experiance to get the room “Carlos” which is on the Beach-side - but also on Beach bar-side. The noise (Music) goes on from 23:00 until 03:00 in the morning .. so party time - everyday peps!!! But you can’t sleep from that for sure. Another thing - they poor wifi connection ? Why ? It could be fixed to run but seems like they don’t care. So for a family like us with 5 pax - try another spot or get another room which is not exposed to the Beach front !

We had a Fantastic stay! All the areas are super cozy, all the details are perfect. The staff was also impeccable. Edi was our waiter at the restaurant that made us fell very well attended and comfortable. We will be back.

Loved this hotel. Lovely staff at reception and in a restaurant on a rooftop. Cute breakfast which was included in a price. Owner is kool and we end up staying couple of more nights. Very spacious rooms and super clean. Definitely recommend to all ❤️

Stayed here in may 2022. We were very satisfied with the hotel. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed at penthouse. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was good and the view from both the apartment and rooftop restaurant are magnificent. The busy road is in front so it is a bit tricky to cross it, but when we stayed it was never so busy to make it impossible or even dangerous. Isolation was good enough not to hear traffic at night.

We spent a total of 3 nights at the hotel. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. One positive thing about the room was the sea view, but that was all. We had a junior suite and the room was overall very dark and poorly lit. It was anything but clean and there was mould in the shower. In addition, there was a very unpleasant smell in the entrance area, which could not be eliminated even by repeated airing. There is a road between the hotel and the sea, which is very busy and makes it hard to sleep. The beds are only 1.2 m wide. Opposite the hotel is a beach bar that played loud music until 2 a.m. on one of the nights. I can't report anything positive about breakfast either. There was a narrow selection of fruits and scrambled eggs with beans. All recommendations from the hotel (rental bikes, snorkelling tour, restaurants) turned out to be disappointments or expensive affairs. We found better alternatives on our own. In summary, I cannot recommend the hotel and would look for an alternative for the price.
