Me encantó.
It is really comfortable and clean. The only thing I would put on it is an air conditioner because it really is the season when the heat is on at night and even if you leave the window open, it's not enough. Affordable price, hot water, pay TV and internet and the best, modern, cozy. I loved.

It's clean and if you plan to move around downtown it's a great option. You get what you pay for. No AC, bathroom smells funny, bathroom is small other than that the place is clean and neat. Only reason I give it 3 stars is that it's not the best neighborhood. It's safe, but dirty with graffiti on many walls. Nearest subway isn't the safest though, so we only used it once, we preferred to use cabs.

Awesome location, very clean, 24 hrs front desk and a new elevator. One thing I don't like is having to buzz the door to have someone come open it every time you return to the hotel. Almost makes me like it's not a safe area but it's very safe and walkable.

Great location but the service and room was terrible. First of all the room was very cramped and have no a/c. Ventilation is thru a window. Unfortunately our room was facing the courtyard and people were smoking heavily, suffocating us in our room. We went to the front desk to ask the girl what options we have and the girl said they're all booked up and she has to contact the GM. GM said if there's no room then we can't be moved, however since we checked in they will charge us the first night. We said fine we will just check out and go elsewhere because we can't sleep on a hot smoke filled room. The front desk girl told us to check in with the GM the following day to process our refund for the room. However the next day the GM changed his tuned and said it was our fault that we did not want to work it out with them and choose to leave. So his position is to not refund us anything and charge us the total reservation. We're taken aback by this ill bait and switch method they used on us. How are you going to tell us there are no more rooms sorry, we will refund the remainder and then the next day say oh no, you don't deserve any refund. Terrible terrible, ill managed property. I've worked in hotels for over ten years in management and we never do such things to our guests. We strive to deliver the utmost quality to them at all times. I hope this helps others who consider this property, be sure you're OK with the room size, ventilation and anything else before you commit. They will refuse to work it through with you.

Excellent, affordable and very clean hotel, with staff very attentive to your needs. My first room was a bit noisy, so the staff offered to show me four different rooms to choose from the day after. The rooms are of good size and pillows/bed comfortable, however it can get very hot as the ventilation is not fantastic and there are no fans/AC. The bathrooms have an odor to them due to the drainage system from the shower so be sure to cover them up again with the included plastic disc after showering. I would recommend not staying in a room facing the street as it can get loud. I think staying in a lower level floor may help with the heat. I would stay here again as the location is central. The area is very safe during the day but vagrants may appear at night especially around the monument.
