★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasamos a pedir informes y ver las habitaciones, están muy amplias y a buen precio pero el mobiliario esta algo dañado y huele mucho a cigarro. Los mayores clientes son empleados de compañías petroleras. En cuanto a seguridad se ve muy bien.
 We went to ask for information and see the rooms, they are very spacious and at a good price but the furniture is somewhat damaged and smells a lot of cigarettes. The biggest clients are employees of oil companies. As for safety, it looks very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones muy limpias, completas e higiénicas. La estrella que les faltó es porque la alberca se encontraba cerrada debido a químicos. Fuera de eso 10/10! Pero sí me quedé con ganas de ver qué tal estaba la alberca.
Very clean, complete and hygienic rooms. The missing star is because the pool was closed due to chemicals. Outside of that 10/10! But I did want to see how the pool was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio gimnasio en mal estado aparte que quieren cobrar por cada prenda no tienen lavadoras no fumigan puertas se traban, a veces si limpian bien otras veces no tiene mini split moderno por 3 dias te cobran 2500 pesos apesar de tener un mal serivicio con los empleados cuando le pides algo no lo hacen y te ignoran no se queden ahi a dormir al menos de una noche
Terrible gym service in poor condition apart that they want to charge for each garment they do not have washing machines they do not fumigate doors they lock, sometimes if they clean well other times they do not have modern mini split for 3 days they charge you 2500 pesos despite having a bad service with the employees when you ask for something they don't do it and ignore you don't stay there to sleep at least one night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy padre, las habitaciones muy cómodas y completas.
El problema es que en toda mi estancia (4días) no estaba disponible la alberca, ni el gimnasio, ni la pantalla de mi habitación y es un problema ya que por eso se eligió este lugar. ??♂️
El servicio de limpieza o recepción no dan respuesta exacta de los problemas en cada servicio, espero que los dueños esten enterados de estos problemas ?
All very cool, the rooms very comfortable and complete.
The problem is that throughout my stay (4 days) the pool was not available, nor the gym, nor the screen in my room and it is a problem since that is why this place was chosen. ??♂️
The cleaning service or reception do not give an exact answer to the problems in each service, I hope that the owners are aware of these problems ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi does NOT work. 3 nights in this place and they kept saying “its being fixed”. Never worked!!!
There is a lot of space in the room however the lighting in the bathroom is horrible.
Big issue:
I asked reception NOT TO ENTER nor clean the room.
1- They knocked on the door 9am and I told them NO.
2- Then, THEY CALLED. Again, I said “no cleaning thank you”.
Sure enough I got back 2 hours later and they had cleaned it - on the day of the check out. Makes no sense at all to have it cleaned if we are checking out an hour later and I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DIDNT WANT IT.
I dont get why its so difficult to just do what a guest asks. It should be even better for them as we dont want cleaning.
