En este lugar trabajan ladrones.
Nosotros hicimos nuestra reservación por expedia, recibimos el cobro directo a nuestra tarjeta con su respectivo correo de confirmación. Todo bien hasta ahí. Llegamos el día de check in y primero, les tomó 10 minutos responder al timbre, cuando por fin lo hicieron, nos presentamos con el nombre de la reservación y una señora que ni se presentó, desde la reja nos exigió el pago de ésta en efectivo argumentando que NUNCA recibían reservaciones que no fueran pago en efectivo y a la llegada.
Nosotros confundidos le demostramos que se había hecho la reservación y EL PAGO a través de expedia, pero aún así de muy mala gana nos rechazó y cerró la puerta en la cara.
Después de 1hora de hablar con expedia al teléfono, al mismo tiempo que con la señora groserísima, y la otra señora que la primera nos comunicó como "la dueña" (quien también aseguraba que no tenía ningun pago y que la política era pagar en sitio y con efectivo) y con "el dueño" del lugar pudieron hacer efectiva la reservación.
En conclusión: en este establecimiento trabajan personas que han armado una estafa y seguramente a varios les ha tocado que les vean la cara.
Ah, y como cereza en el pastel, cuando por fin se "arregló" y magicamente ya tenían el famoso pago, nos entregan la "suite" y la puerta de vidrio que da al jardín comun no se podía cerrar con llave...
Que verguenza de lugar.

We made our reservation by expedia, we received the direct payment to our card with your respective confirmation email. All good up there. We arrived on the day of check in and first, it took them 10 minutes to respond to the doorbell, when they finally did, we presented ourselves with the name of the reservation and a lady who did not show up, from the gate she demanded payment of it in cash arguing that they NEVER received reservations that were not paid in cash and upon arrival.
We confused we showed that the reservation had been made and THE PAYMENT through expedia, but still reluctantly rejected us and closed the door in the face.
After 1 hour of talking with expedia on the phone, at the same time as with the very rude lady, and the other lady that the first one communicated to us as "the owner" (who also assured that she had no payment and that the policy was to pay on site and with cash) and with "the owner" of the place they could make the reservation effective.
In conclusion: in this establishment work people who have armed a scam and surely several have had to see their faces.
Oh, and like cherry on the cake, when it was finally "fixed" and magically they already had the famous payment, they gave us the "suite" and the glass door that overlooks the common garden could not be locked ...
What a shame of place.
