Good service, comfortable rooms and willing to help you and improve your stay during and even after. I forgot some things and they kindly attended to send them to me where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel esta funcionando normalmente mesmo na fase vermelha. Os cuidados sanitarios estao sendo tomados. QUarto clean e moderno, chuveiro otimo, localizaçao muito boa com acesso as avenidas e escritorios e staff muito atencioso.
The hotel is operating normally even in the red phase. Health care is being taken. Clean and modern room, great shower, very good location with access to avenues and offices and very attentive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the hotel in September this year, the hotel charged my credit card by mistake around 500 euro. While the whole stay was already paid by my travel agency. I am fighitng with this hotel for few weeks to get my money back. Their responsivness almost does not exist and there is almost no action to help me. When I was back in Mexico they aligned money will be back within 1 week. Please be very careful while arranging payment with them! In general I do not recommend this place, you can find better ones in Polanco district. I really regret this choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for two weeks and I had a great service from all hotel`s staff. The localisation is excellent, they has a delicious breakfast and the rooms have a lot of space and are very clean. Great internet connection and the beds are so comfortable.
