M	Mariana Treviño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio estuvo excelente. Llegamos muy noche y en resepción super facil nos dieron las llaves y llegamos a la habitación y estaba espectacular! Dure una semana en la suite y nunca tuve ninguna molestia. Muy cómodo, muy limpio y la ubicación icreíble, podía irme caminando a muchos restaurantes y muy céntrico de toda la ciudad. The service was excellent. We arrived late at night and in super easy response they gave us the keys and we got to the room and it was spectacular! I lasted a week in the suite and never had any discomfort. Very comfortable, very clean and incredible location, I could walk to many restaurants and very central throughout the city.

La vista de las habitaciones esta increíble, se puede ver toda la ciudad. Muy recomendado!! Excellent location and service! The room is super luxurious, comfortable and clean. Many restaurants walking from the hotel and a super nice park in front. The view from the rooms is incredible, you can see the whole city. Highly recommended!!

El personal fue muy atento y amable. It is an excellent space, it is very comfortable and beautiful. The room was spotless and pleasant, it has a very good location and above all safe. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
I	I Plascencia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece bien hotel pero es un peligro, se hacen fiestas en los cuartos debido al cierre temprano de los bares. No se siguen los protocolos anti Covid y en general es bastante ruidoso, si llamas a recepción pidiendo que los cuartos con fiesta le bajen el volumen te dan tapones de oído en lugar de pedir a los adolescentes enfiestados que respeten los horarios de silencio. No lo recomiendo It seems a good hotel but it is a danger, parties are held in the rooms due to the early closing of the bars. Anti-Covid protocols are not followed and in general it is quite noisy, if you call reception asking that rooms with parties lower the volume they will give you ear plugs instead of asking teenagers who are partying to respect the quiet hours. I do not recommend it

Las suites y los pasillos huelen a marihuana, mezclado con cigarro, te hacen firmar que no puedes hacer ruido, pero no sirve de nada en la madrugada hay ruido en los cuartos y se hacen fiestas! Terrible option! The suites and the corridors smell of marijuana, mixed with cigarettes, they make you sign that you can't make noise, but it doesn't help at all in the early morning there is noise in the rooms and there are parties!
