★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito bonito mesmo, a atenção que recebemos do Júlio, responsável pelo bem estar, foi excelente, mas a experiência em si deixou a desejar muito.
Acordamos às 4 da manhã por tantos mosquitos, e no quarto não havia nada que pudesse nos ajudar: nem repelente, nem ventilador e nem ar condicionado. Tivemos que acordar e matar os mosquitos para conseguir dormir.
Passamos calor, porque não se podia abrir as janelas.
Cobrarán a mais por levarmos o cachorro, mas Nao havia nenhuma amenidade pra ele.
Achei caro pelo que o hotel oferece.
Obrigada ao Julio, que esteve sempre pronto a ajudar a responder nossas dúvidas.
Really beautiful hotel, the attention we received from Júlio, responsible for the well-being, was excellent, but the experience itself left a lot to be desired.
We woke up at 4 am by so many mosquitoes, and in the room there was nothing that could help us: neither repellent, nor fan nor air conditioning. We had to wake up and kill the mosquitoes to get to sleep.
We were hot because you couldn't open the windows.
They will charge extra for taking the dog, but there was no amenity for him.
I thought it was expensive for what the hotel offers.
