hermoso edificio nuevo muy bien ubicado en medio de Réforma entre el ángel y la diana.. Personal amable, atento y disponible las 24 horas. Apartamentos muy consistentes con la descripción. Gimnasio un poco ligero con equipo que necesita mantenimiento. Distribución de los apartamentos, equipamiento y wifi correctos. Estaba en el piso 22 en una suite; bonita terraza que necesitaría algunos muebles de exterior como una tumbona, mesa y silla. Teniendo en cuenta la gran diferencia de precio entre las 4 suites del último piso y las habitaciones clásicas de los otros 21 pisos. bel immeuble neuf très bien situé au millieeu de Réforma entre l'angel et la Diana.. Personnel sympatique, réactif et disponible h24. Appartements très conformes à la description. Salle de gym un peu light avec matériels qui auraient besoin de maintenance. agencement des appartements, équipements et wifi corrects. J'étais au 22ieme étage dans suite; terrasse sympatique qui aurait besoin d' un peu de mobilier extérieur come un transat, table et chaise . Vu la rande différence de prix entre les 4 suites du dernier étage et des chambres classiques des 21 autres étages. Reste une très bonne adresse.. Petite astuce: même avec réservation BOOKING, allez retirer de l'argent liquide pour payer votre séjour hors TVA ..10% à la clef

Personally I find Reforma to crowded, but it's a well located hotel with tons of places to visit near.

Place is good for only stay. Amenities are not much. No brrakfast or even coffee. Toiletteries are not provided.

The view from Angel is amazing. Staff is very helpful. Comfy & spacious room. One star minus is because There is no complimentary breakfast.

The Suited are amazing really nice views and the housekeeping team is making a great job in my suite.. I only gave 4 stars because the gym/jacuzzi/sauna is dirty and not fully woeking. Other than that everything was great

Great Location to be in. Its a Studio type you can cook!!, Roof Top is amazing, can seat 20 people and can have a small party and have the grill going. Nice place to click city pics. Has Gym in the cellar use it. Room is spacious, with Iron board and Iron. Better order for bottled water or carry it on your own. Summers would be Hot does not have central A/C or Room A/C, you will have to depend on Fan!! Very close to best food joints etc.. (EL Califa is 2 foot steps, Sub-way opposite to the road, StarBucks 10 foot steps, Convenience store 20 foot steps, Pharmacy 30 Foot steps, Bus station 20 foot steps, Angel monument 100 foot steps, ATM and Banks 2-10 foots steps away, Sub-way Train Sevilla station 1/2 KM, Foreign office to register complaints - 1/2 KM towards Angel, PapaJohns/Dominos 1/2 KM, Casion 1/2 KM, Zoo 1 KM, Museum 1 KM) Very Decent pricing for that location, people preferring classy atmosphere St Regis is opposite to this hotel and will charge 5 times ):. Only the Front Desk person can communicate in English, all the staff communicate in Spanish. Take help of Front-Desk person for translation or use Google!! Don't forget to Tip Room service personal. Hotel has free Wi-fi, becomes slower during night as the consumption goes up!! Has Washmachine with Dryer on alternate floor (Samsung), before using it, read instructions (you need to carry your own Soap) Always keep cash/passport/cards handy in a back-pack, ready to run when there is an emergency/earth-quake!! I have experienced 2 during my stay!! Keep your ears open, there will be a siren 20 seconds before earth-quack hits ): Again if people are complaining on this hotel, pls chose St Regis!!
