Check in was a breeze and everyone we encountered at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean with a view of Calle 14 Norte. The room was cleaned everyday and we had awesome towel art. The hotel is in a great location between 5th and 10th Avenidas. We plan on returning next year.

Never felt so welcomed in a hotel before, the staff was amazing from the very first day, they showed us different places to go and what to do depending on our needs. The hotel room was a honey moon, everything was clean and the room was super big, everyday we would get new fresh towels and the bed was another level of comfortable, the common areas are nice we didn’t really use them because we spent everyday at the beach that is like less than 10 min walking distance. The location per se was incredible, perfectly located to be close of everything and at night we were able to sleep without any interruption because the noise from the 5th avenue didn’t really get to the hotel. Thank you Suites Corazon, you made our trip amazing, super romantic and perfect! For sure I’m coming back ?

Great room, great breakfast, great amenities including a Jacuzzi on the roof top! Outstanding staff! I would want specifically mention Norma who was really kind and helpful. Most of our trip in Mexico was great, except one fraud attempt incident with a specific car rental agency (I've a dedicated review for that place). Norma helped us to handle the situation, even though it's not a part of her job. Worth to mention that other concierges in this hotel are also really pleasant. When we come back to Playa Del Carmen, we are definitely going to stay in this hotel again.

Everything is clean, and our maid was talented to make beautiful shapes with the towels in the room cleaning everyday. The staff was very nice as well and we would like to mention Paco as the sweetest and best person we've met in all Mexico. He was very helpful for us and so nice to talk with, we consider him as our friend!
