★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación, la seguridad en la colonia, recientemente el Internet y el cable, La limpieza se realiza de lunes a viernes pero es muy deficiente, la ropa de cama y toallas están en muy malas condiciones incluso llegan a estar rotas, el mobiliario es viejo, se batalla mucho para que te den un buen servicio y mantenimiento a la habitación, el precio es muy alto por lo que ofrecen,en pocas palabras poco recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de cambiar el concepto de "suites ejecutivas", por una alternativa para hospedarse en vacaciones, ya que ser una casa adecuada a suites, vienen niños de visita, hacen mucho ruido, los servicios de Internet son muy malos, la limpieza se hace diaria pero no a fondo. En general el servicio es bueno pero caro por lo que obtienes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar. Estuve de vacaciones 23 días y estuvo genial. Es una casa muy grande de dos pisos y de cada habitación se adecuo una suite independiente, se hace limpieza todos los días y el servicio en general es bueno.
No es precisamente un hotel pues no tiene una recepción o servicio a habitación, es un concepto de alojamiento más parecido a rentar un mini apartamento, que lo limpian a diario. Está en un sector muy tranquilo y seguro. Respecto al precio es muy bueno en comparación con hoteles de categoría similar.
Una muy buena oportunidad si lo que buscas es un apartamento en monterrey cerca al metro, para pasar vacaciones.
Very good place. I was on vacation for 23 days and it was great. It is a very large house with two floors and an independent suite was adapted for each room, cleaning is done every day and the service in general is good.
It is not exactly a hotel since it does not have a reception or room service, it is a concept of accommodation more similar to renting a mini apartment, which is cleaned daily. It is in a very quiet and safe area. Regarding the price, it is very good compared to hotels of a similar category.
A very good opportunity if you are looking for an apartment in Monterrey close to the metro, to spend your holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal fue muy atento y me inspiró confianza. Llegar de regreso después del trabajo y encontrar todo limpio y ordenado es fabuloso. Muy cerca hay un Soriana, restaurantes, un centro comercial, bancos etc. Es un rumbo seguro y tranquilo.
The staff was very attentive and gave me confidence. Coming back after work to find everything clean and tidy is fabulous. Nearby there is a Soriana, restaurants, a shopping center, banks, etc. It is a safe and calm course.
