★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encontré cucarachas en la cama, hace años que voy a esas suites y cada vez estar peor ya no le dan mantenimiento la alberca se ve mugrosa el agua lástima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amplio el lugar,cómodo solo un detalle en la habitación que nos toco el boiler esta dentro del baño y la ventana clausurada,aunque al siguiente día la chica de recepción,(que también es la recamarera) muy amable nos cambio. Por lo demás muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena en el sentido de que el precio es accesible pero la habitación 41 que nos tocó a mí y a mi familia tenía insectos eso es normal en todas partes los hay y apesar de que hacían la limpieza el bicho nunca fue recojido la regadera tenías que hacerle precios muy fuerte para que cerrara uvo lluvias en la madrugada de las noches que estuve y en el techo dónde está el sofá cama en la entrada había una gotera enorme y nunca la subieron a reparar la tele no se veía solo se escuchaba y eso nada más dos canales la teníamos que ver en la noche con las luces apagadas y con las cortinas cerradas para que apenas y se viera muy mala la avitacion ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. La alberca está asquerosa llena de popo de Paloma y la dueña no hace nada por limpiar y arreglar su techo. Te metes sin saber y sales oliendo a pollo. Es un foco de infección y más para los niños.
Los empleados argumentan que a la dueña le vale gorro y que ellos no pueden hacer nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En temporada de fin de año una habitación costo 2 mil pesos por día, la agua de la alberca mugrosa, no sirve el elevador, pésima limpieza en las habitaciones en el baño había pelos y cabello, en el refrigerador comida podrida, abrí el ropero y infestado de cucarachas, toda la habitación estaba infestada de cucarachas, no llega bien la señal de wifi, la televisión antigua y el aire acondicionado súper viejo sirve pero no funciona de nada porque aún así tienes calor.
