THE GOOD: very good location near the center 5 min and near the beach 20 min in front of the tuxpan river, covered parking and enough space the suites at an affordable price the property in very good general condition, I LOVE the furniture of the suites already The air conditioning is very old and outdated, the old and noisy equipment, the refrigerators serve but they are not kept closed, you have to get stuck with a flat chair, the cleanliness of the suite very badly only clean where the eye sees! Under the bed furniture and sofas there are cobwebs, lots of fluff and dusts we all know that this is a pest culture but luckily they do not have !!, you pay 150 pesos per extra person but you fight a lot to give yourself towels and soaps blankets Extra, something as small as a bottle of water does not give you extra being that they only gave us a 600ml for a family of 5 people arguing that it is only courtesy, the service of those in charge well by the maintenance gentleman very friendly and attentive the Receptionist very serious and cold but informs you of the suites widely does not give an extra to your job as a simple smile or kindness.

Three times I have visited the suites and all three times, everything is fine, however there are some guys staying that seem to own the suites, they get drunk, their music blasting, etc. Maaaal for the administration, I hope they take action on the matter

The place is very quiet, it is cheap, the room has a small living room, dining room and kitchenette, they do the toilet but, I did not like that you have to ask for paper because they only give you a roll and the attention is very good.

I honestly saw comments that the stay in this department was bad, oh negative things But honestly, my family and I are very happy here, a welcome from 10 very friendly people who work here and everything is very clean, hot water, stove at 100, fridge the same, keep it to wash my beach clothes at 100, kitchen without words, I loved it book my vacations here and my children are super happy with their little house in tuxpan ? and super beds, I slept like never before... I would book my vacations here again Thanks for the recommendation ❤
