★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan Carlos was an unbelievable waiter all week. My friend and I did not speak much Spanish but they were still so helpful. The food is delicious. The hospitality was wonderful. The beds were slightly hard, but comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room had a coffeemaker but they will charge you for the coffee. it's located in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view of Pico de Orizaba from the second floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hotel at a great price. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, smelled nice. The grounds are beautiful. The mattresses are definitely harder than we'd like but it didn't affect our sleep.
