Siempre me sentí segura y descansé muy bien. Estuve en uno de los lofts y de verdad tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, excelente servicio.
Although my stay was only one week, I spent it like home. My thanks to the staff who gave me unique attention, they welcomed me like family. I always felt safe and rested very well. I was in one of the lofts and they really have everything you could need. I highly recommend this place, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar con una gran ubicación, puesto que se encuentra en una de las colonias más antiguas de Monterrey, la Colonia Obispado. Lamentablemente la atención y cuidado del personal dejan mucho que desear. Tuve una experiencia por demás desagradable en mi estadía de un mes: se extraviaron (hurtaron) los audífonos de mi iPhone y al hacerlo saber al encargado de la administración sólo respondió con argumentos vagos sin brindar una solución a mi problema. Al comentarlo con otras empleadas del lugar, resultó ser que quienes se encargaron del aseo de mi habitación el día de los acontecimientos, ya tenían antecedente de quejas de otros huéspedes y aún así el administrador no tomó cartas en el asunto. Es una pena que un lugar que se enfoca en dar alojamiento a ejecutivos y viajeros que se hospedan por temporadas largas, descuide una parte tan importante como lo es la confianza y seguridad de sus pertenencias.
A place with a great location, since it is located in one of the oldest colonies in Monterrey, the Colonia Obispado. Unfortunately the care and attention of the staff leave much to be desired. I had a very unpleasant experience during my one-month stay: the headphones of my iPhone were lost (stolen) and when I let the manager know, he only responded with vague arguments without providing a solution to my problem. When commenting with other employees of the place, it turned out that those who were responsible for cleaning my room on the day of the events, already had a history of complaints from other guests and even then the administrator did not take action on the matter. It is a pity that a place that focuses on providing accommodation for executives and travelers who stay for long periods, neglects a part as important as it is the confidence and security of their belongings.
