B	Barbara Barrientos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar descuidado, nada que ver con las fotos que se enseñan, no hay pasto es como un terreno baldio, hay pura tierra, las habitaciones sucias, las toallas rotas y sucias, los empleados atentos, pero la dueña no tiene ni la mas remota idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente, se venden como pet friendly y no lo son por que piden tener al perro amarrado en todo momento, para que los perros de la dueña puedan andar sueltos, se meten a las habitaciones y no les dice nada, uno de sus chihuahuas se acerco con mi perro que estaba amarrado, pelearon yo solte a mi perro le dije qie amarrara al suyo, dijo que ella era la dueña que podia hacer lo que quisiera. Muy triste el trato. Su esposo el administrador muy amable. No lo recomiendo pues para lo que realmente tienen son muy caros. El hotel necesita mantenimiento urgente, ya que el mobiliario es viejo, falta más personal de limpieza y poner más atención en los detalles. El personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel es caro considerando las instalaciones, deben de reinvertir lo ganado. It is well located, within a secure subdivision. The hotel needs urgent maintenance, as the furniture is old, more cleaning staff is missing and more attention is paid to the details. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel is expensive considering the facilities, they must reinvest what they have earned.

Fonseca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel prácticamente se quedó atrapado en los 70's, las habitaciones descuidadas, sucias, mobiliario viejo y descuidado, la comida es cara, el bar y el salón de eventos son antiguos con decoración descuidada, el jardín central está en buen estado al igual que la alberca pero los jardines entre cada habitación y los juegos infantiles en malas condiciones. Las únicas ventajas son los precios accesibles, el servicio de los encargados y que es un hotel que acepta mascotas pequeñas.
