If you get there at night there is a risk that NO ONE WILL OPEN THE DOOR AND YOU WILL STAY OUTSIDE FROM THE HOTEL YOU ALREADY PAYED!!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR THAT REASON ME AND MY WIFE HAD TO BE STANDING OITSODE HALF AN HOUR BECAUSE THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR PORQUE UNA NOCHE NOS TUBIMOS QUE QUEDAR AFUERA DEL HOTEL PORQUE ESTABA CERRADO Y LA PERSONA QUE DEBERIA ABRIRNOS NO REAPONDIA NI AL TIMBRE NI A NUMERO TELEFONICO. We stayed here for over a week and learned that it was recently remodeled by the new owners. Estefania went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. (For instance, she gave our dog, Laska treats and food/water bowls when we arrived.) Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking Av. Juarez. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again!
