Truly an outstanding experience. Rooms are nice and the pool and restaurant are lovely. But the hospitality is what I will remember. When they found out we didn't have a crib for our child, they went out and BOUGHT one for us to use during our stay. The cleaning people brought our son fresh flowers every morning. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating for any need. Location is very good, couple minutes taxi to the main strip with zero waiting time. If you are looking for a hidden gem this is the place to be!

The staff at this cozy place went all out to make me feel welcome; from the person behind the counter to the waiters and maids. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The first time I stayed here it was pre-arranged by a travel agent. The second time I stayed here I called them directly to book a room. They are not an oversized hotel with hundreds of guest but that is what gives this place it’s charm and made my stay so much more personal. It’s quiet, a little romantic and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place was a real letdown compared to what I saw online. First, the front door has a massive gap on top, which we filled with a towel. There were lots of bugs, especially ants starting on the 3rd day. The headboard is fake lol. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it and the bar looked nice. Staff was friendly too. The TV is still one of those old ones—aka not a smart TV—so you cant watch anything you actually want. The area seemed quiet at first (bc not near hotel zone) but there’s construction nearby too that made me wake up at 8 am. Nearest bus stop is 15 min away, and if you venture further into the Hotel Zone, you’re forced to walk by the smelly lagoon.

Recently completed a 1 week mini vacation here where we worked remote and enjoyed the night life Cancun had to offer. Paid $1500 for 6 nights which isn’t bad considering it’s a condo style place and pretty private. I would potentially stay again if the price is right. PROS: 1. Located on a semi private street right outside the hotel zone. The neighborhood is really nice, taxis are always outside and available; the bus stop is right up the street and for 12 pesos takes you all the way to the hotel zone or downtown. 2. All of the rooms have an upstairs and downstairs with an outdoor balcony. Our balcony was big and overlooked the pool and the bay, nice views. 3. Front desk and Jesus are nice, daily room service (though they were out of washcloths our first day) 4. Filtered water refill at the front lobby, restaurant on site (minimal food options), convenience store right up the street as well as restaurants too. CONS 1. We had a problem with ants in the kitchen. The first 3 days anytime in the kitchen there were ants (Room 118). I finally complained and the front desk did a good job with fixing the problem and coming to spray the entire area. We didn't see ants after that 2. The wifi SUCKS! considering we all were working remote during the day this was a really big inconvenience. It worked better in the restaurant since the router was located outside. 3. Though the property is semi updated inside, the actual inside could still use multiple updates, from the doors, the paint and the bed headboards 4. The 2nd bed mattress sunk in so bad, luckily nobody slept in that bed but needs to be replaced 5. There was a glob of hair in the shower when we checked in along with a razor so makes me wonder how often they clean the actual shower floors 6. Not the hotels fault, but Uber in the hotel zone and downtown is pretty much non existent; so taxi drivers charge double the price of Uber trying to get over. Use the bus, so much cheaper and runs 24 hours

If you're looking to relax a bit outside of the buzzing tourist area, this is the place. A quiet garden with a pool and nice views to the laguna. But most importantly a very helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed at Sina Suites for 3 nights. Despite the hotel being a bit outdated, the location and Friendly staff are very good! Jesus gave us some great tips. Rooms are very clean, bus to downtown and hotel zone at aprox 10min walk. The locks at all of the sliding doors didn’t work properly, but did close with a second lock/pin mechanism. This can be fixed in minutes. 5 stars when this issue didn’t occur
