★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very nice, the rooms come with pretty much everything you need there's a stove top, microwave, mid size fridge, most kitchenware you'd need, cable/screen mirroring TVs. There are two porches one in the bedroom and one in the living room if you're lucky enough to have a room facing the ocean you'll wake up to a beautiful view every morning. Its a short walk to a very good restaurant and the store is even closer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best way to describe this place is 3 star hotel in 5 star location. Rooms are basic but very clean. Staff are great and friendly. But the location and views are nothing short of spectacular. You can walk to downtown cozumel or just right into the ocean from the pool area.

Right on the ocean. Perfect for snorkeling, saw squids, Ray, Moray.
Friendly staff, room is not fancy but spacious.
Room 121 has a kitchenette, Nice patio with a table for 4 and still lots of room, kingsize bed. About 20 min walk from ferry.
You can rent a scooter and leave it overnight outside the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional west facing view from only the highest priced rooms, but all rooms have a turqoise water partial view. Small 12-14 unit condo in two 3 story towers with a private pool, sand tanning area and absolutely AMAZING snorkeling directly off the seawall/ladder. You can be snorkeling with great coral and fish in 30 steps from your room. Furnishings and cabinetry is minimalist - almost no usable storage in the kitchen. High kitchen counters perfect for a standing desk. Internet speed is slow, but latency is low, which makes for good VoIP phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved Suites Turquesa. Beautiful view, nice outdoor area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and large apartment style room.
There are a lot of stairs in this complex, especially if you're in the tower opposite the main entrance and the office is closed. The other "issue" was water pressure in the shower on the fourth floor.
Still 5 stars, we loved it.
