★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un fiasco no hay nadie que se haga responsable yo realize mi reservación un mes antes tres días antes la confirme vía telefónica y cuando llegue simplemente un guardia me dijo que no tenía mi reservación y estaban llenos no hay un responsable que te de una solución se imaginan llegar el 31 de diciembre con toda la zona hotelera llena ni como conseguir alojamiento y viajar con dos adultos mayores realmente es desesperante preferible pagar un poco más en hoteles dedicados al buen servicio y no te dejen bailando no recomiendo para nada las suits vista bella TENGAN CUIDADO SI DECIDEN HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE LUGAR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están arriba de una plaza comercial pequeña y es algo extraño. No cuenta con alberca porque está cerrada, no hay áreas verdes ni lugar para que jueguen los niños. No hay recepción y eso genera un poco de problemas. El personal de vigilancia está muy mal coordinado y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo para que puedan abrirte la puerta del estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son muy tranquilas, cómodas y tienen todos los servicios de un pequeño departamento.
The rooms are on top of a small shopping plaza and it's kind of strange. It does not have a swimming pool because it is closed, there are no green areas or places for children to play. There is no reception and that generates a bit of problems. The security personnel is very badly coordinated and you have to wait a long time so they can open the parking door. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and have all the services of a small apartment.
