★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa con actitud pobre hacia trabajos personalizados y trabajos especializados con joyero, el único joyero especialista no tiene una hora de trabajo formal, debido a esto como cliente debes adivinar su hora de llegada, el personal que atiende a los clientes tiene una actitud muy poco enfocada al servicio, te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor e incluso te demeritan la calidad/precio de la pieza que llevas con ellos para realizar el trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, definitivamente no regreso, pedi el servicio de grabado en una moneda de plata, habiamos acordado el grabado en cursiva y NO CUMPLIERON hicieron una letra cuadrdada horrible y ni siquiera se comunicaron para acordar el cambio, ademas de pagar por un mal servicio la modena perdio su valor estetico y no la podre usar..... :-(
Very bad experience, I definitely will not return, I asked for the engraving service on a silver coin, we had agreed to engrave in italics and they DID NOT COMPLY, they made a horrible square letter and they did not even communicate to agree on the change, in addition to paying for a bad service the modena lost its aesthetic value and I won't be able to use it ..... :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no tienen necesidad ni ganas de trabajar el reparador se da su taco 5 días venga en 5 días el dueño dice son riesgos incensarios la asistente piensa que es la dueña y no se para del escritorio. Pésimo servicio para alguien que vive de vender , pero como digo el prestigio hace que hoy sean de lo peor o traten de lo peor.
