★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en sucursal independencia de Los Mochis, y su sistema de quejas, devoluciones y cambios es muy deficiente, 15 días tardaron en resolver un reclamo, y más de 3 horas de espera en la tienda para hacer la devolución, a pesar de que ya había sido autorizada. Jamás volvería a comprar con ellos.
Terrible service at the Independence branch of Los Mochis, and its system of complaints, returns and exchanges is very deficient, it took 15 days to resolve a claim, and more than 3 hours of waiting in the store to make the return, despite the fact that it had been authorized. I would never buy from them again.
