★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y buena carne en general. Solo no recomiendo para nada la pechuga de pollo, al momento de cocinarla suelta demasiada agua y un líquido bizcoso. La pechuga congelada (1 unidad) pesa 730 gr aprox. pero al momento de asarla su peso disminuye hasta 310 gr. al perder todo ese líquido y la obvia disminución por el cocimiento, así que realmente no sería una pechuga barata, ya que si el precio es de 55 pesos/kg, casi el precio real sería aproximadamente entre 80-100 pesos/kg de lo que es carne y no líquido.
Good service and good meat in general. I just do not recommend the chicken breast at all, when cooking it releases too much water and a squinting liquid. The frozen breast (1 unit) weighs 730 gr approx. but when grilling it, its weight decreases to 310 gr. losing all that liquid and the obvious decrease due to cooking, so it really would not be a cheap breast, since if the price is 55 pesos / kg, almost the real price would be approximately between 80-100 pesos / kg of what it is meat and not liquid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las 3 sucursales en SLP, está es la que tiene el mejor servicio, saben recomendarte según tu requerimiento o necesidad . Tiene bastante surtido para el área comercial (restaurante, negocio local, comida rápida , etc) y para el público en general te dan precio de medio mayoreo comprando por bolsa o caja, la carne es de calidad buena (refiriéndome a carne comercial) actualmente están introduciendo cortes a precio accesible .
Of the 3 branches in SLP, this is the one with the best service, they know how to recommend you according to your requirement or need. It has enough assortment for the commercial area (restaurant, local business, fast food, etc.) and for the general public they give you half a wholesale price buying by bag or box, the meat is of good quality (referring to commercial meat). introducing cuts at an affordable price.
