A diferencia del que está en el fast food de Pabellón Polanco, ahí super horrible el servicio y la comida, que por cierto la empresa jamás respondió a mis comentarios, muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad el peor sukiya que puedes encontrar en CDMX.
Solo tienen una empleada atendiendo que es HORRIBLE todo te lo grita y te lo avienta.
El pollo frito está crudo y súper salado, cuando pedimos un combo siempre nos dan opción de cambiar la sopa miso porque no nos gusta, pero esta empleada nos grito "NO TE LO VOY A CAMBIAR" mil veces antes de explicarle que entonces lo retirará de mi orden.
Al final pedí una bolsa de papel y me la aventó. PESIMO PESIMO SERVICIO espero que hagan algo con ella porque no es la primer vez que me atiende de esa manera.

In the end I asked for a paper bag and he threw it at me. PESIMO PESIMO SERVICIO I hope they do something with her because it is not the first time she has treated me in that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, los precios son accesibles y también me parece muy bueno que puedes pedir las comida en paquete y te dan Agua,ramen, arroz y croqueta o pollo frito en el paquete :) es una buena opción para comer rico y no tan caro como otros lugares de comida asiática
The service is good, the prices are affordable and I also find it very good that you can order the food in a package and they give you water, ramen, rice and croquettes or fried chicken in the package :) it is a good option to eat rich and not so expensive like other asian food places

Pero la atención es ya realmente mala, las últimas 3 veces que he venido he notado que se tardan en limpiar las mesas, en entregar y en atender en general.
No es culpa del personal, he de aclarar, pues a pesar de que se les ve apurados o incluso desesperados, siempre atienden con amabilidad, pero que no m***n los encargados del establecimiento, ¿Solo 2 personas atendiendo? ¿En serio? Y una de ellas también cobrando en caja.
Así cómo la van a armar?

El menú tiene muy buena variedad, el servicio fue amable y rápido, y toda la comida tenía un muy buen sabor.
