★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí dice que cierra a las 10:00 pm, pero al llegar a las 9:00 pm, nos dicen que ya esta cerrado, pero el lugar sigue abierto, nuestro pedido era para llevar, nos vieron entrar y se metieron todos a la cocína. Ni una estrella se merecen, solo la coloque para escribir mi comentario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida rica como en la mayoría de sucursales obvio los mismos platinos y los mismos precios, llegamos y había muchísima gente pero no esperamos mucho para pasar al entrar fue lo malo... La chava que nos empezó a atender de muy mala manera quería escanearamos el menú y no teníamos señal y que ellos tenían saturado según el wifi, pedimos nos enseñará el menú físico sin tocarlo y no quiso, tuvimos que hablarle a otro chavo que super amable y atento nos llevó el menú físico para poder elegir la comida, muy mal servicio de esa chava!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mas terribles de todas,una empresa de comida jaoponesa de renombre con mal personal,ya no hay trato personalisado ,ni atencion al cliente , llegue con mi familia desde 7:45 p.m. para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hija ,y no recibimos atencion asta dentro de 20 minutos ,y solo para decirnos que regresaban ha tomar la orden ,despues de otros 20 minitos que nadie se acercaba en mi desesperacion levante la mano y el personal que me vio solo iso por icnorarme fuel el colmo y mi hija me pidio que mejor nos fueramos,50 minutos en total, en sukiya solo para pasar al baño, asi es el unico cervicio octimo solo es el del baño en este lugar,es muy triste por que tenia en alta estima este lugar ,que al regreso de pandemi aya decaido tanto es orrible, talves en un futuro daremos otra oportunidad ha este lugar pero sera despues de un tiempo miy largo ,por el enojo aser ignorado de esa forma con mi familia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé qué le pasó a este establecimiento. Hace tiempo era un lugar rico para comer. Pero ahora tienen los sanitarios fuera de servicio. No hay palillos y llegan los platillos sin cubiertos. Tienes que tomar fotografías del menú porque no hay internet para ver el menú digital y no hay señal dentro del establecimiento.
El curry que ordené no se veía nada apetecible, aunque conservaba su sabor.
El personal es muy amable y servicial pero hay muchísimos aspectos en los que puede mejorar.
I do not know what happened to this establishment. A long time ago it was a rich place to eat. But now they have the toilets out of service. There are no chopsticks and the dishes arrive without cutlery. You have to take pictures of the menu because there is no internet to see the digital menu and there is no signal within the establishment.
The curry I ordered did not look anything appetizing, although it retained its flavor.
The staff is very friendly and helpful but there are many aspects in which you can improve.
