★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se exhibía el producto que buscaba, pero no lo tenían en existencia, solicité que consultarán si en su otra sucursal lo tenían, pero rápidamente y sin hacer el mínimo esfuerzo por consultar, me respondieron "ya cerraron"... yo pregunté ¿si tenían el producto? No si habían cerrado...se nota el esmero en atención al cliente.
The product I was looking for was exhibited, but they did not have it in stock, I requested that they ask if their other branch had it, but quickly and without making the minimum effort to consult, they answered "they have already closed" ... I asked if they had the product? Not if they had closed ... you can see the care in customer service.
