★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion en la unidad k esta en avenida universisad, muy mala atencion en el drive, empleadas sin ningun orden y lo mas triste es k el producto k pedimos para llevar no iba en contenedores termicos, sabiendo k estamos en una localidad de mucho calor, se deberia supervisar esta sucursal para una mejor atencion al publico.
Creo k no se puede otorgar una concecion asi nada mas con los rekisitos minimos de calidad, va depormedio la CALIDAD Y EFICIENCIA DE HELADOS LA SULTANA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrenando su drive thru. Pésimo sistema, la fila hace que obstaculice la circulación y salida de carros de otros negocios. Además está una chica afuera anotando a mano, lo cual hace que cometa errores humanos y olviden pedidos. El menú está después de donde se hace el pedido. Como es costumbre de la Sultana, pésimo servicio excelente nieve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy innovador con su drive thru, el local algo pequeño y con baño pero eso es lo de menos porque si de sabor se trata los productos son los mejores en su ramo, para mí el que más me gusta es el helado de yogurt con cajeta, la atención es muy bueno por la chicas de ahí, recomiendo ampliamente el lugar!!
