★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de esta compañía es pésimo. Los contratamos para un evento muy importante y primero el chofer que nos recogió no era el mismo que nos habían dicho que iba a ser, sino su hijo. Después el chofer dijo que la empresa SUMA lo había engañado y lo habían contratado hasta las 2am (nosotros pagamos y contratamos el servicio TODA LA NOCHE hasta las 5am) y dijo que se iba a ir, en medio del evento tuve que llamarlos para solucionar la situación, tardaron en conseguirnos otro chofer 3 horas, y no pudimos usar los servicios en todo este tiempo, además de que se quedaron con algunas de nuestras pertenencias en la primera camioneta. Realmente es una vergüenza que no cumplan con lo que venden y que me hicieran pasar un pésimo tiempo durante mi evento importante. No contraten este servicio, no sirve y no cumplen.
The service of this company is lousy. We hired them for a very important event and first the driver who picked us up was not the same one that we had been told was going to be, but his son. Then the driver said that the SUMA company had cheated on him and hired him until 2am (we paid and hired the service ALL NIGHT until 5am) and said he was leaving, in the middle of the event I had to call them to fix the situation, it took them to get us another driver 3 hours, and we could not use the services in all this time, in addition to the fact that they kept some of our belongings in the first van. It really is a shame that they do not comply with what they sell and that they made me spend a terrible time during my important event. Do not contract this service, it does not work and they do not comply.
