If variety is fantastic. It is a medium/small branch compared to others, however it is great because you find everything and you do not spend an eternity in the checkout line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el supercito cerca de mi casa con buenos precios, en général todo está bien, salvo una supervisora-cajera, una señora mayor de cabello teñido. Es nefasto su trato a la clientela, nos hace sentir en un campo de concentración.
It's the supercito near my house with good prices, in general everything is fine, except for a supervisor-cashier, an older lady with dyed hair. Their treatment of customers is disastrous, it makes us feel like we are in a concentration camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me da mucha pena ver cómo este sumesa ha decaído tanto. No sé si se confiaron a qué el Superama que está a unas cuadras al cambiar a Walmart express bajo su calidad en todo y por eso dejaron de atender detalles que la hacían única como tienda.
Los guardias ya no saludan, me he encontrado alimentos ya echados a perder. Los empleados de salchichonería siempre están platicando y no atienden, las personas que empacan te avientan las cosas y se enojan si les reclamas, te quitan tu carrito cuando apenas te estás colgando las bolsas, los precios están mal etiquetados, y cada mes cambian el acomodo de todo frutas y verduras, lo cual causa confusión.
Siempre presumía de este Superama y lo excelente que era, sin importar su tamaño o que a veces no había todo lo que uno quería porque el trato era impecable pero tristemente ya no es nada de eso

The guards no longer greet, I have found food already spoiled. The delicatessen employees are always talking and do not pay attention, the people who pack throw things at you and get angry if you complain, they take away your cart when you are just hanging the bags, the prices are poorly labeled, and every month they change the accommodation of all fruits and vegetables, which causes confusion.
He always bragged about this Superama and how excellent he was, regardless of his size or that sometimes there was not everything you wanted because the treatment was impeccable but sadly it is nothing like that anymore
