★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente en este establecimiento está en una época primitiva. Pedí ayuda a un personal - jovenpor un determinado artículo y no supo atenderme y tuvo una actitud negativa de ignorar al cliente. Entonces pedí que viniera el administrador de la tienda y vino la señora Monserrat Montes, al acercarse dijo “yo soy la administradora, y solo me miro” envés de por lo menos decir, “buen día , cómo puedo ayudarla”. Bueno, le expliqué el servicio de su compañero y le pedí ayuda a ella si me podía ayudar. Dijo ella, “Un momento”. Se fue, y al pasar por el lado de este joven le dio una palmada en la espalda!!! Ah,??? Que es eso?!.
Finalmente regreso la administradora Monserrat Montes y me dijo “ no tenemos el artículo “ se volteo y se fue!!!!.
PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE!!!
Debería haber gente más capacitada con mejores habilidades de tratar a las personas. Especialmente cuando se trabaja en un lugar público.
Customer service at this establishment is at a primitive age. I asked for help from a young staff for a certain item and he did not know how to assist me and had a negative attitude of ignoring the customer. So I asked the store manager to come and Mrs. Monserrat Montes came, when she approached she said “I'm the manager, and I just look at myself” instead of at least saying, “good morning, how can I help you”. Well, I explained her partner's service and asked her if she could help me. She said, "Wait a minute." He left, and as he walked past this young man he slapped him on the back!!! oh??? What's that?!.
Finally, the administrator Monserrat Montes came back and told me "we don't have the article" she turned and left!!!!.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
There should be more trained people with better people skills. Especially when working in a public place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora si les doy una estrella pésima actitud al cobro de la señorita Karina Asunción sino mal recuerdo el apellido, primera ves que me toca una actitud así de un cajero de esa sucursal ni un saludo hasta que uno lo hace y solo un hola al despedirte ni las gracias y te da el dinero de una manera de mala actitud

El surtido de sus productos es en base a los artículos que son demandados en la zona (tanto por los residentes como por los comercios).
La atención del personal en general es buena.
El servicio en cajas es pésimo, por lo que no resulta raro que a un cuando tengan alta afluencia de clientes son tengan una caja en operaciones. Debido a que el personal de esta área es multifuncional y debe de realizar otras funciones antes que cobrar los productos.
