★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días solo para hacer una observación de la atención de tu personal, es sin ofender a nadie y espero te ayude cómo comerciante, el día viernes fui a adquirir producto con ustedes, no es la primera vez que les compro, pero si es la segunda vez que me atienden así y la misma persona, tienes aún joven que no sabe atender a la gente es muy déspota, prepotente y lo más importante ignora a la gente, cuándo uno pregunta por un producto cualquiera y no lo tiene, no hace por recomendar, preguntas por algo similar y dice que no tiene nada, es muy grosero en cuánto le haces preguntas o le pides algo y lo hace de muy mala forma, si no está viendo el celular y te hace caso a medias o tiene la música con alto volumen y no le quiere bajar, aún siendo que uno no lo escuche o se lo pidas, yo también soy comerciante llevo años en esto, la cuestión es que tiene que poner más de su parte para ganarse a la clientela, ofrecer productos similares o parecidos, hacer labor de venta, si no imagínate cuántos clientes puedes perder con ese joven. Perdona la molestia pero cómo colega te lo sugiero. Gracias
